here we are rebuilding roads

happy late thanksgiving! now, this isn't my thanksgiving outfit, and it is now technically saturday. but i digress. i wore this outfit to go thrifting. because i had a coupon. sometimes i become one of those shoppers and i buy things because there is a 'deal'. i try really hard not to. but going this time proved to be worth it. i got some stuff for my vintage shop and that's pretty exciting, because i've taken and edited some photos down to be listing new stuff up this coming week. and it was nice to just get out of the house for a while. i spent the rest of the evening sewing for handborn. which technically, is today! i'm kind of nervous, first time selling 'alone' at at a table. i've got some new stuff that i made and everything.
so, if you read this blog, and live near the central valley of california, visit handborn.com for information about the craft fair etc.

this is my "29 skirts" pose.

  5. whhatt this is your thrifting outfit?! Oh my gosh, if I saw you at a thrift store I'd be so intimated since you probably would have scored all the stuff that I was looking for ;-)

  6. Toooo cute! I love the lace shirt/dress. You should take me thrifting with you, because I'm terrible at finding cute things, but you're awesome at it (THOSE SHOES). Hope handborn went well!

  9. amazing skirt! i am loving the whole outfit, in fact! and i believe a lot of people buy things just because they are a deal...no shame in that!

  10. I think this is one of my favourite of your outfits! Soo cute. And the colour of the skirt is great. Really interesting mixing of patterns in a subtle way, too.
